How to read this list
Two prices are calculated on every job and you are charged the lower one: the sum of the items below, or the truck-fill rate for how much space the load takes. The minimum per visit is $75.
Every price includes carry-out from wherever the item is, on any floor, plus loading, hauling and disposal. There is no stair fee, no long-carry fee, no same-day surcharge, no summer surcharge and no refrigerant surcharge. The list is identical from West Sacramento and the grid out to Roseville, Folsom and Elk Grove.

A Natomas laundry and kitchen swap: Washer $133 + Dryer $128 + Dishwasher $109 = $370. Above the 3/8 rate of $338, so it books at $338.
A Curtis Park bedroom: Mattress, Queen $103 + Bed Frame (Standard) $68 + Nightstand $57 = $228. Under $241, so $228 is the price.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the real price list for Sacramento?
Yes. It is the published list and it is the same across the metro, from West Sacramento and the grid to Roseville, Folsom and Elk Grove.
What is the minimum charge?
$75 per visit. Items that total less than that, such as a microwave at $30 and a bicycle at $37 which is $30 + $37 = $67, still price the visit at $75.
Do stairs change any of these prices?
No. Nothing on this list has a stair, walk-up or long-carry modifier attached to it.
How do I know whether I am paying per item or by truck fill?
Both are calculated and you get the lower one. The quote shows you the figure before anything is dispatched.
What is not on the list?
Household hazardous waste, so paint, solvents, pool chemicals, propane cylinders and car batteries, which go through their own channels. Also anything requiring a licensed trade to disconnect first.
Do the prices change in summer or at weekends?
No. There is no seasonal, weekend or same-day pricing. A 105-degree August pickup costs what a January one costs.
